Required Permissions
To execute stream alert commands inside Discord chat, the member requires the Manage Server (Manage Guild) permission.
To ensure Nexus can post announcements and trigger mentions reliably, the bot requires the following permissions in the target channel:
Send Messages & Embed Links: Required to publish the announcement card with live stream previews and direct links.
Mention @everyone, @here, and All Roles: Required whenever your notification role is configured as unmentionable for regular members.
